Activity book framework

Once we finalized the steps through our service using the service blueprint, we focussed our attention on detailing the activities in order to understand the touchpoints, frontstage and backstage of these steps. With our theme of “awareness and self management of health” , we first briefly discussed the kinds of activities that would not only adhere to overall theme but would also teach them about :

  1. Social and physical environments
  2. Physiology
  3. Behavior

In addition to teaching children about the these, we planned to include some onboarding exercises to get them into the mindset and mood of the upcoming activities. The overall activity set would also include a “Buzzfeed” style quiz before and after the activities that would not only measure their progress, but also help Philips collect data.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
