All Jste README Files Have Been Updated

As we care primarily about making contributing to Jste more easier for the contributors, we have updated and done heavy modifications to the README files of all Jste repositories on GitHub such as: adding a clear description for each repo, updating the building instructions and also updating the “What Have Been Done” section in the framework repo README file.
In addition, we have added our code of conduct to each repo and the contributing instructions file to the framework repo.
