What is Project: Raven Novel?

Project: Raven Novel is how I am going to turn my short story, Raven and the Mango Roadtrip, into a novel.

I wrote a 10,000-word short story in a rush last year, and folks seemed to like it pretty well. They even said I should turn it into a novel. Not just my mom. More than a couple of people.
