So, you’ve just joined Projectium and are looking for how it could be helpful for you or your project?

Let’s get started, in this article we’ll cover several models of attracting users, talents, and other creators!

What to start with?

In 99% of cases, you should start with customizing your own profile or project you’ve created on Projectium. This part of work requires some creativity in order to showcase everything you can on Projectium!

And I prefer Image Upload card, that’s my favorite one! Why? Because it is really powerful depending on how you use it. It’s also pretty simple to use. You just need to create a beautiful thumbnail of your project, or a download banner if you’re creating an App Store application and paste a link! That’s it. Now every visitor of your project can navigate to your project website or any other page directly from Projectium!

What else is possible? Imagine you are a 3D artist — would you like people to see what you’re working on and show them what you have already created? — Definitely yes! Because connections are important and keeping people around you updated with your latest achievements is important too…

Introducting Sketchfab card! — an interactive representation of your portfolio directly to your creative network on Projectium!

Do you like contributing to open source? Are you an active Github member and contributor? — You can build your interactive profile on Projectium with all your real time contributions. You no longer need to update your .pdf CV every time. Keep your community updated so they never miss something important!

And so there are more cards including YouTube, News block and Text card…
So now, when you have finished with cards, let’s go to the Edit Skills section and select your most valuable and strong skills, that will show others what you can and what you’d like to work on within your upcoming project! And even if you are already a project owner, a skills list will increase people's trust in what you do and what you plan to do.

Now, let’s see what we have, right?

First of all, if you did everything correctly (I know you did, sure), you’ll get your first recommendations on the home page. These collections of projects represent the best ones that might fit your profile or interests, these sections cover the most important information, such as project name, headline, and tags. Select the one that interested you the most and you’ll visit a project page, where you will find detailed information about the project team, open roles, and what exactly the project does.

If you want to share with others what you’re working on — publish your project now.

Once your project is now published — you’re next step would be to add roles you want people to see in your projects, such as Developer, Designer, or 3D Artist.

What’s next?

At this point you’ve made the most important thing on Projectium — you told others about yourself. Now other community members can reach out to you by finding your project in their recommendations or by using an internal search. You can also compete with other projects to showcase it on Projectium’s Explore page. All you need is to get the most upvotes in the last 24 hours and you’ll be selected for today’s list.

See you on Projectium.Network!
