1. Web Interface
The all-new ProjectVIEW ERP web interface is a feature-rich environment that in several matters resembles the navigation controls of the old web interface … only better. Over the last 2 years, our engineers and programmers have revamped ProjectVIEW's old site applications interface based on the principle of simplicity and clarity.
Utilizing the real-estate of the screen, we have carefully position each element, wisely, in order to maintain consistency between input screens and dashboards. We have omitted repetitive button actions and we have clearly highlighted (in a form of on-screen guidance) what needs to be “clicked” next by labeling and coloring specific buttons
The new ProjectVIEW EPR applications’ design as clear as possible, assisting Site personnel, Suppliers, Subcontractors and other extranet users to input and consume information, effectively.
ProjectVIEW ERP web applications are responsive on all devices, hence can be fully utilized either on any workstation’s browser, tablet, or even smartphone.
2. Onboarding to ProjectVIEW ERP
In our continuous quest to get our Clients well-trained in order to fully utilize our feature-rich software, we have created a series of onboarding tools to assist them both with the new web applications User Interface navigations and with each Process workflow.
Each process group is mapping individual processes, user access rights and interactions, hold points and required data input along with expected outputs providing a holistic understanding of complex interdepartmental operations and onsite interactions.
