Completion : Player Evaluation Model(Qualitative)

ProjectWITH has completed developing a beta version of the player psychological diagnostic model.

Not only ProjectWITH but also many other institutions and football players were participated to make a better model. Yonsei , Kyungnam and Kangwon University have led the research. Also, more than 2,000 elite football players and football coaches have participated in this project. WITH’s psychological diagnostic model includes well-structured types of players in terms of player psychology.

As we mentioned on our previous roadmap, we have devoted every effort to developing player evaluation model targeting players who have less data such as youth players. In general, evaluation models widely used now are based on the many quantitative player data. But youth players and many other non-top league players do have not enough data and this phenomenon leads to unfair player valuation. Based on the WITH business mission, WITH will try to every effort to create a whole new player valuation model. Now, we have already completed our research on player quantitative and qualitative evaluation models. Our next step will be a creation of a whole new model combining those two different valuation models, quantitative and qualitative.
