K League Metaverse 2023 Launch

K League Metaverse 2023 has been launched on the global metaverse platform The Sandbox. The K League Metaverse 2023 is composed of two experiences: K League Island and Jumping Rush, and can be experienced through The Sandbox’s May Festival. Also, by completing May Festival experiences, participants can receive special rewards from The Sandbox.

K League Metaverse 2023 is particularly special in two aspects:

1. Mascots, uniforms, and other assets have been updated in accordance with the 2023 K League season.
2. The K League 40th Anniversary Hall of Fame has been established in the metaverse.

The K League 40th Anniversary Hall of Fame is a virtual exhibition hall in the Metaverse, showcasing six special photos and histories of selected players, coaches, and contributors in honor of the 40th anniversary of the K League’s founding.
