Partnership for sports psychology

WITH has signed a strategic partnership with Industrial & Organizational psychology lab, Yonsei University which is a leading psychology lab in the global.

The key parts of the partnership are

① Defining psychological attributes of athletes.

② Conducting survey and gathering information for the research

③ Co-marketing over research results including key attributes, methodology and measurement.

Although psychological data is one of the key aspects for career development of athletes, there has been little research or use case in sports industry.

WITH will continue to focus on developing more practical ways to support player’s future career in a every way.
