It was a month of great announcements and big events for the Prometeus team. Long-awaited listing, new strategic partnership and lots of different community engagement activities — let’s review them all.
Listing on BitMax
Prometeus (PROM) has been listed on BitMax.io on 22 August under the trading pairs of PROM/USDT and PROM/BTC.
To celebrate listing, Prometeus and BitMax.io launched Net-Buy Contest with PROM Reward Worth 20,000 USDT. During the event, top-50 users ranked by Net Buy Quantity (Buy Quantity — Sell Quantity — Withdrawal Quantity) ≥ 500 PROM were eligible to share PROM reward worth 20,000 USDT proportionally by Net Buy Quantity.

Also, on August 21, Prometeus team was glad to visit BitMax Community in Telegram for the AMA-session due to upcoming PROM listing on the exchange. We have received and answered dozens of interesting questions from one of the most active exchange’s communities.

Partnership with Matic Network
Prometeus Labs was glad to announce a strategic partnership with Matic Network to scale Prometeus Network as the decentralized platform and to provide more integrated solutions of Matic Network.
Prometeus will provide mechanism, that will prevent anybody from accessing that valuable data circumventing the Data Purchase procedure, as a turnkey solution, that will be closely integrated with the existing solutions of Matic. That will allow partners and clients of Matic to gain more advantages from using Matic Network ecosystem.
And like countless other projects that have integrated with Matic Network, Prometeus Labs will be adopting Matic Network’s scalability framework to utilize an optimized TPS rate.

‘I am Prometeus’ Contest
Almost everyday for last month community participated is series of contests for the community by Prometeus Network, called ‘I am Prometeus’. This contest was created to educate community more about Prometeus use case Demo and Prometeus Network at all. So everybody had a chance to catch the rewards in PROM tokens for completing interesting tasks in our Telegram Chat and Twitter.

August was great. Due to lots of events, we have significantly increased our communities in Telegram and Twitter, which shows our prospects and cannot but rejoice. But we continue our technical and business development, so stay tuned for future announcements.
