To a poet, a lost poem is like a lost love.
The girl you kissed with all your heart
and then scared she ran away from you.
You will forget about it after only a season,
after you wrote it, after you went insane,
but later you’ll remember it for no reason.
And to find her you will try so hard,
but you forgot her name and her face
and only that bittersweet feeling remains.
