A Night, Where Two Hearts Became One
When Cupid Crafted the Perfect Night

The day we met,
Not knowing,
Where it all led.
Words all jumbled in the head,
The heart,
Beating million times per second.
But then we uttered a few words,
One, then two and then ten.
Conversations took flight,
Time,
A mere spectator,
And us,
Lost in each other’s voice.
We felt magic,
Within.
Our eyes,
Twinkling.
Lost in the warmth of our smiles,
The stars making a special appearance,
To brighten up the night.
Both,
Knew this is meant to be.
And so,
When our phones chimed,
We ignored it with glee.
The full moon,
Casting a shadow of our existence,
And we,
Silently wishing,
This night never ended.
