Never was the world cold
Until the day it happened.
In one moment time ceased,
Slowly your world imploded.

Nothing to do, nothing to change;
Stuck in utter turmoil.
Your mind is fractured in one thought.
Never has so much pain been here.

Dwelling in the past,
Images of terror fill your space.
The environment around you,
It no longer feels safe.

Taking back the power.
This is what you must do.
Let go of the thoughts;
Watch as they disappear.

Your pain is crumbling,
All the fear you felt;
Dissolves into dust.
Let go of it.

Open your fist.
Watch your pain.
All of your fear,
Becomes nothing but mist.
