Never know a word so vague,
Desires unfulfilled.
You never know why you stay,
In a loop of emotions never fulfilled.

In a second you see a spark;
A light you want to hold.
You toil and scream for your life,
Visions of hope never foretold.

You grasp with hands,
And you shout with glee;
For you have found a solution.
Keeping hope in a tiny jar,
On your window seal of emotion.

The world will never do as you please,
Bad times and good times will happen.
But take a look at that hopeful seed;
That plant you have never forgotten.

Planted in that tiny jar is all you ever need.
For hope will spring eternal.
When you are desperate,
Down and alone;
Hope sprouts from that tiny seed.

It blooms and opens its petal so far,
It embraces you with kindness.
So never forget that tiny jar,
The hope it breeds is enormous.
