What?!

How can that be?

Don’t they know I can not be alarmed?

How insensitive!

How outrageous!

I was having breakfast when I remembered I had to stop by my grandmother’s house to get 3 pumpkins.

We are going to carve them into freakish Halloween pumpkins and put them on the porch with lights inside them so that our house gets some Halloween decorations.

My friend asked me to go get our costumes — we are going as Frankenstein, Witch, Skeleton, and Darth Vader — my friend’s husband loves Star Wars. We will bring along the cutest little witch and the cutest little vampire ever born! (Are vampires born? Are witches?)

We will be attending a party, then we’ll go to a haunted garden with routes for us to follow and be scared by mummies, vampires, skeletons, monsters… Then we will have a night picnic and later we come home to watch horror movies.

After picking up our costumes, my husband told me our friends could not pick up the remaining decorations for our house: spider webs, skeletons, coffins, bats, spiders (argh I hate this part!), and vampires teeth.

We also had to pick up skeleton and bat jelly beans and a wicked cake shaped as a cemetery with…
