“Let’s eat now”, she turned back, her flimsy kimono fluttering in the sea wind.
Catching him steal a glance at the clock, she frowned.
Some plump pasta would be a healthy change from her, he smiled, suffering her quack-quack, just for one last evening.
But, he had forgotten, there is one move queens can make, and she had that up her sleeve, waiting just for her king to make his fool’s move. After that, it was checkmate!
