No experience necessary
Bailey had been looking for a job for over a year, but now that the pandemic was coming to an end, everyone was hiring and she was determined to get a job she loved and one that paid well.
As she perused through the online job posts, she saw a job that caught her attention. The heading said “Now Hiring!! All positions available — above average pay.”
She also noticed one other thing. There was no experience necessary.
Bailey applied to Vision Reapers immediately.
Within 24 hours, the company replied with a written test. The test made no sense to Bailey. They asked her questions about her family, some leadership questions, and then some puzzles.
Baily scored 100 on the written test. Then she got an instant message on the lower right side of her computer. “You’re Hired. Training starts tomorrow.”
Bailey was sent an address and told to arrive no later than 9 am EST. When she arrived there were over 100 people waiting in the lobby. Everyone seemed excited about the job.
