This challenge has ended. Thank you to everyone who participated!
Greetings PW writers! We have a new monthly challenge for you here at PW. This month we will be trying out one of Cendrine Marrouat’s poetry forms — the Sepigram. In addition to abiding by the rules of her form, you must also adhere to what all the form entails:
Sepigrams must feature positive / uplifting elements. A reference to nature is encouraged. For example: season, weather, month, time of the day, etc.
— Cendrine Marrouat
THE RULES
- You must be a PW writer and you must submit your piece to PW. If you are not a PW writer, you may ask to be added by going to the Submissions page and commenting there. Do not comment to be added here!
- Only one (1) entry per writer.
- The poem must follow Cendrine’s rules exactly.
- You must have a clearly stated, relatable Title.
- Use ‘Response for the Poetry Writing Challenge’ as your Subtitle. Entries without a Subtitle will not qualify for the challenge. Do not expect an editor to remind you or add a subtitle for you.
