Greetings PW writers! We have a new monthly challenge for you here at PW. This month we will be trying out one of Cendrine Marrouat’s poetry forms — the Sepigram. In addition to abiding by the rules of her form, you must also adhere to what all the form entails:

Sepigrams must feature positive / uplifting elements. A reference to nature is encouraged. For example: season, weather, month, time of the day, etc.
— Cendrine Marrouat

THE RULES

  1. You must be a PW writer and you must submit your piece to PW. If you are not a PW writer, you may ask to be added by going to the Submissions page and commenting there. Do not comment to be added here!
  2. Only one (1) entry per writer.
  3. The poem must follow Cendrine’s rules exactly.
  4. You must have a clearly stated, relatable Title.
  5. Use ‘Response for the Poetry Writing Challenge’ as your Subtitle. Entries without a Subtitle will not qualify for the challenge. Do not expect an editor to remind you or add a subtitle for you.
