Welcome to the fifth week of writing prompts here at PW. I want to thank writers and readers for your kind words of encouragement since I’ve re-opened PW. I value all of you! I am thrilled with the work coming in. PW’s writers are awesome!

Reminder #1 — You do not have to use just PW’s prompts to submit work here. We accept prompted work from any publications’ prompts. You also do not have to use prompts to submit your work here. We are also an open publication for established and new writers.

Reminder #2 — Each week, you will find prompts for Monday-Sunday. However, you do not have to use them in the order they are written. Browse them all and use only the ones that resonate with you. Submit your work any time during the week (or long after!).
