Welcome to the twelfth week of writing prompts here at PW. Astronomically, this is an exciting week ahead! Today, the Sun will be moving into the sign of Aries. On March 20th, we will celebrate Spring — the Vernal Equinox — in the Northern Hemisphere and Autumn — the Autumnal Equinox — in the Southern Hemisphere. It may be official on that day, but it looks like we will have another few cold days here in my neck of the woods before the warmth settles in. And finally, on the 21st, we will have a New Moon in Aries. It’s time to put into plan all of those dreams you’ve been cultivating, me lovelies! Ah, but I am sure you didn’t come here for an Astronomy/Astrology lesson. You came here for prompts, right?

Reminder #1 — You do not have to use just PW’s prompts to submit work here. We accept prompted work from any publications’ prompts. You also do not have to use prompts to submit your work here. We are also an open publication for established and new writers.

Reminder #2 — Please be sure to use the correct Reader Interest Tags when you submit your pieces so your work lands in their perspective places on the homepage. They are — Poetry, Fiction, Essay, or Articles. Please only use ONE, not…
