Just a ray of sunshine is all I ask
Just a ray of sunshine is all I need
Just a ray of sunshine to illuminate the blessed path
Just a ray of sunshine to prove I am not cast away
Just a ray of sunshine to pierce the dark bleakness
To dispel the gloom and brighten the way
Just a ray of sunshine to spread its golden glow
Lighting the way…
