To be wronged is nothing unless you continue to remember it.

To be right is not everything unless you face an immoral being.

To be neither right nor wrong is not the goal lest you fall for everything.

To be at peace with ourselves in every right and wrong,

To be filled with joy, love, and acceptance,

To speak with kindness, compassion, and respect,

To listen with all our hearts is how we can be beautiful souls for one another.

Choose your “To-be”.

This was in response to Ravyne Hawke Promptly Written’s prompt to craft a poem using the following quote:

To be wronged is nothing unless you continue to remember it.
~Confucius
