Eyes glow,
Bated breath hold.
Visualize, and feel;
Wisdom left from the days of old.
Release.

Sunsets,
Color of gold.
Circle drawn, time to kneel;
Love given to us undersold.
Welcome.

Moonrise,
As the tales told.
Forest spirits appeal;
Bring us back home amongst the fold.
Peaceful.

Mother,
Beauty untold.
You are my Achilles’ heel;
Sweet grace, remove our chokehold.
Children.

Lady,
End this anneal.
Children lament your scold;
Truly, now, your love can reveal.
Your child.
