This is an Avocado Terminal screen giving us live cryptocurrency prices, while showing us S&P 500 index data, meanwhile tracking local times around the world and tracking satellites spinning around that same world… all in real time. Not to mention the latest news feed at the top, along with the television running all the while. And this is free.

This is the power of the Avocado Terminal. Sure, there are premium features for institutional and professional traders that provide a crypto financial services “LinkedIn” with messengers and a built-in over-the-counter marketplace.

But at this point, we’re only scratching the surface. There are commands, such as “cryptoreg” which allows users to get the current cryptocurrency regulatory conditions in any country in the world. There’s the “map” command which can transport you and give you data on any place, along with street views, in the world (maybe not so much in North Korea). A “crypto compare” function that compares crypto prices over various periods. Let’s not even get into the Analysis section through the sidebar of the site, which updates every 12 hours with the latest cryptocurrency market trends, like biggest gainers & losers, upcoming/ongoing ICOs, news and social media crypto conversation aggregation/rankings.

There are also dozens of powerful commands in the pipeline this month, to provide more and more power to users. Maybe even some sports data and more powerful machine learning features than it already has.

But why? Why do people need all of these capabilities?

Trading and analyzing markets is hard work, which often requires patience. Most crypto data platforms focus only on cryptocurrency prices with narrow frontiers focused there. We noticed that most crypto traders aren’t JUST crypto traders. They might focus on crypto, but they often trade and do much more. Furthermore, we made this recent video that kind of puts it into context regarding why this was made. Simply put: most data platforms don’t care about users outside of their crypto analysis needs. On Avocado, you can use the “intel” command to look up anything in the world… even listen to soothing music or browse over a dozen global news channels. Why? Simple. Because of care.

Think about it. You’re in a massive position. You need to keep tracking prices, but you also need to do other things, like chat with friends, analyze news, and maybe even distract yourself with random, yet entertaining data that might prove useful. Or just watch TV. Avocado provides solutions for this.

The best part. This is only the beginning. Many new features are coming soon. And yes, more documentation about all of the commands and other features, as well.

Until next time.
