What is All Gantt?
All Gantt is a simple idea to bring together Gantt charts of all the projects at one place, in one view! Rather than having to jump from one project to the other, with All Gantt you will now be able to view the tasks’ progression, set task dependencies and do many more things related to all your projects in one screen. Easy, quick and efficient — that’s exactly what All Gantt will help you to become.
What more can you expect to get with it and what all can you do using the all new Gantt charts? Let’s have an in-depth look -
- Drag tasks to set start and due date
Running short of time? No need to go through the multi-step process of keying in dates manually for the tasks. Simply drag the mouse to set start and due date for each task. This makes the entire experience neat, simple and quick!
- Task duration
Now you don’t have to stress your mind while calculating the duration of each task (based on its start and due date). Every time you add a new task with its start and due date, the duration is automatically updated in the Gantt chart. That means you don’t have to manually calculate and enter dates, making it quite easy for you to manage tasks and plan your projects.
- Mark tasks as complete
Another amazing feature that we’ve brought for you is the option to mark tasks and subtasks as complete, directly from the chart. You don’t have to go to the task list to do it. So, in a way you can save all your time that was earlier spent on juggling between various sections of a project when working on multiple tasks.
- Milestones directly from calendars
Gantt charts in the all new ProofHub Bolt will now also show milestones associated to a task list. So, you can take a quick look at the milestones from here only rather than going to the calendar section. Time saving, quick and easy, isn’t it so?
- View tasks for a particular time period
Earlier in ProofHub, you could view tasks and their progression in three options i.e. 10 weeks, 1 year and all time. However, now there will be no limitation to it. You can view tasks, their status, and their dependencies during a particular time period be it a particular day, a month, or even a year. All you have to do is just click the lens buttons present on your screen.
- Full-screen view
We’ve also given you option to view Gantt charts in full screen. So, if during a meeting or for any other purpose you want to have a full screen view of Gantt charts, you can simply click on the computer icon on the right hand corner of your screen and switch from the normal view to a full screen view.
- Export in PDF format
Need to share Gantt charts with someone? Want to send it via email? Or have to store a copy in your personal computer for reference? For all these purposes, we have given you an option to export Gantt charts in PDF format. So, you can keep a copy of the chart with you, or share it with others whenever needed.
