The all new ProofHub reports
Keep your projects close, and project numbers even closer
What’s going on in your work-life? Which projects are slipping and which are the ones that are going smooth? What’s the work status of your resources in the projects?
These are some of the common challenges that a manager has to face while handling a project. And, getting answers to these questions can be one hell of a hectic job.
The common scenario in offices is that the manager assigns the team members to compile the data. They create graphs and present everything so that things are always under check. However, all this consumes a big chunk of time from the team-members’ daily work hours.
But, at ProofHub we believe in simplifying things. And with the all new reports added in ProofHub Bolt, we’ve simplified reporting process to quite a large extent.
Here’s what the all new reports have got for you -
Overview

Need a quick glance at everything? Go to overview section in reports. It covers almost everything happening in your account. Here’s what you get to see under overview reports -
- All the projects — active, archived or overdue

Significance of overview reports
Overview reports come in handy when you need to understand the bottom line of everything happening in your projects.
Keep in mind that there are ’n’ number of factors that determine the future of your business. And, overview report captures all those factors. It paints the real picture of where the work is headed.
So in a way you can visualize which projects are going fine. And, which are the ones that are stuck in a rut or slightly deviating from their path.
Projects

The project reports have been further divided into -

Significance of project reports
Project reports play a significant role in helping the manager in taking better decisions.
As you get to see the details of how things are being carried out in a particular project, you can quickly figure out the areas which need more attention. Having the right numbers at the right time can ensure that better decisions are made.
That’s why we say that with project reports by your side, you can eventually take better decisions and get desirable results out of every project.
Resource reports

As important it is to know how things are moving in projects, it is even more important to know how the resources are being utilized. And, that’s exactly what the resource reports show.
Here’s what the resource reports in ProofHub reflect -
- Resource summary, reflecting a complete summary of how the resources are being used. How many projects they are assigned to, how many open tasks they have, along with a list of open milestones
Each report is presented in form of visually appealing tables, pie charts and neat figures so that it becomes easier to extract the information and compare between projects/resources.
Significance of resource reports
Having a good team is not how you get the best things done. How you utilize those resources is something that matters.
With resource reports, you have a clear picture of how the resources are being used, which are the ones that are overburdened and which are the ones that are underutilized.
Having these numbers in front of you promotes equal work sharing. And, ensure that the best resources are being utilized to their full potential.
