Join our team: Head Of Product Strategy

Based in The Netherlands/ Switzerland/ EU with remote option

We are looking for a Head of Product Strategy to help us build and deliver a rich and diverse product portfolio within the Proof of Impact eco-system. The Head of Product Strategy will lead the overall function and working process of all our products. They will understand user needs and take product decisions accordingly. They will create awesome user experience across all products.

They will articulate and execute on a product vision that will ensure POI will be able to deliver against its very ambitious goals as it will grow and scale. They will put together specific product strategy teams as needed

The requirements

• Design an executable vision for POIs portfolio of products;
• Build thorough understanding of user segments and needs by continuously studying the market; fully understand competitive products and users’ journeys
• Be responsible for overall design of products and draw up product design plans/ strategies as needed;.
• Build and manage product development teams;
• Continuously analyze product operation data, optimize products/ features and put forward operation suggestions;
• Design optimization processes & continuously test feature feasibility; optimize design to improve the usability of the product.
• Make low-fidelity/ interactive design prototypes test them out with users before production;
• Continuously push for technological innovations/ decentralisation that would increase the quality of our products and their relevance on the market;
