Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) organized a successful seminar about “Greek Real Estate Market: Trends and Future Outlook”, which was held on 19 June 2019, in Athens, Greece.
PMT’s (Property Market Technologies) Konstantinos Gatis presented our innovative research project titled “Resis vs hotels under Acropolis”, focusing on the comparison between traditional hotels and sharing economy accommodation by room budget ranges. Participants had the opportunity to broaden their knowledge about the necessary market research about residential and leisure properties in Athenian city center.
