Contributing to seminar “Property valuation and the Greek residential market”

Aegean College organized a successful seminar about “Property Valuation and the Greek residential market”, which was held on 19 April 2018, in Athens, Greece. Professor Fotis Mouzakis analyzed real estate markets fundamentals and what UK market past experiences teaches the Greek residential market. Moreover, PMT’s (Property Market Technologies) Konstantinos Gatis presented the Comparable Valuation Method, focusing on residential cases. Participants had the opportunity to broaden their knowledge about the fundamentals of Greek residential market and basic property valuation method.
