In the absence of rich and coherent micro-datasets, we have applied a combination of qualitative methods (property experts boundaries definition) and GIS technology during the design of “Brokers’ Value Opinion Survey” (Residential), to define spatial residential submarkets in Athens, Greece. Until now ZIP codes and municipality boundaries have mainly been applied in residential market delineation in Greece.
