Based on the idea that Canakkale and Tekirdag districts can easily be reached in this direction, places such as Silivri and Buyukcekmece are expected to be among the places that increase their value in the fastest way in the near future. It is thought that these regions will continue to multiply its value with a much greater momentum with the implementation of the Halkalı-Kapıkule high-speed train line project.

Considering the increase in land sales in the out-of-center points of the districts that have not yet seen urbanization, the evaluation of such land purchases and long-term investments becomes to the agenda.
