If I had a nickel for every time a UK real estate agent criticised online agencies, saying people want people to sell their homes, I would be rich in a currency I cannot use in London.

That said, take a quick browse of agency websites in the UK. They almost all have an ‘About Us’ section. And almost all of them have no photos of the people who will sell your home, let alone names of the agency’s staff.

Maybe be it’s because agency staff turnover is so high that it would become cumbersome to keep changing the faces on the site.

But anyhow, if you’re a UK estate agent, and you sell yourself on local expertise and knowledge: get thy mugshot on thee website. It’ll likely lead to more vendors calling you.
