#SHELFIES

We lust over houses of famous writers of past and present. Pictures of a beautiful library or two are among our favourite Saturday blog pieces. We hear the saliva drip with the images of writing huts and studies. We also love the shelves in our homes, your homes and the homes that we’d love to call our home.

Brace your shelves and make way. Keep your selfies. We’ve got another selection of #SHELFIES

#1 — Have you done anything like this? We’ve heard of arranging by genre or alphabetically; but by colour? It looks seriously cool, though, doesn’t it?

#2 — Rustic and gnarly beauty with this rough and ready choice for storing books? Who wants it? We certainly wood! (Sorry).

#3 — Yes, this may be taking #shelfies to extremes, but will you just LOOK AT IT! Holy cow, we could live and die in this incredible room, assuming it’s real. Please let it be real.

#4 — A bit smaller, but no less beautiful. Intimately close to all of those lovely books. Breathe it all in and the sunshine warms your face and words heat your soul!

#5 — This looks like the booky dream of a very organised and linear individual. We want to befriend whomever they are. Function and form abound. Just stunning.

Do you have a #shelfie to be proud of? No matter how big or small your house is, we want to see how you stack you books, organise your tomes and categorise your collection. Send us your #Shelfies to info@theprose.com so that we can add them to the next list of #Shelfies
