Life has a way of becoming unglued at times. There will be days you feel prepared and other times you will feel as though the earth is swallowing you up.
There are no quick fixes, especially emotionally. Some storms we can weather through like a breeze other times, the tsunamis of life will knock us off our feet.
The difficulty is recognizing if the season is long-term or short-term. The longer you live the more experienced you should become with the vicissitudes of life.
Challenging seasons that seem to want to lock you up emotionally are the ones that will come without warning.
What needs to happen to transform how you handle emotional cages, places that try to lock you in mentally?

Researchers have estimated that we have 27 different emotions, I’m certain that you feel a little different than you felt when you woke up this morning.
Think about how differently you feel throughout the day.
There are certain things I cannot change about myself. I refuse to be caged in my mind because of people, life situations or any other circumstance I cannot control.
Refusing unhealthy emotions is key, I did not say unhealthy thoughts would not come because they do.
Emotionally unhealthy feelings are like an intruder that is attempting to break into your home and bring havoc to you and your family.
Protect your mental and emotional health like your life depends on it because it does.
