A story about self awareness

This story is written by a human not, Artificial Intelligence.

News flash everyone is not self-aware.

The joy of living a few decades is you should realize who you are and who you are not.

Life has a lot of hills and valleys and that’s with wise decisions.

Obtaining the understanding that some situations we place ourselves in and owning it is freeing in many ways.

Discovering that you may not be as emotionally or mentally strong as you would like can be devastating.

It can also be an awakening on what you need to improve, it’s about perspective.

When I realized I did not enjoy being around chronic complainers or those who rant about any and everything I knew as a therapist I needed to grow.

Sometimes we need to tell ourselves, to grow up and broaden our perspective to build a solid foundation.

I can say that is easier said than done.

Self-awareness comes in seasons and cycles. And for some, it may come in waves.

As I said earlier, self-awareness does not come to everyone.

For those reading this story, that may not be profound however for someone who desires happiness and emotional wellness, self-awareness is a beauty that cannot described.

Thank you for reading.

Be Well!
