You may be losing consciousness because you are giving away your oxygen~Author

Stop giving away your strength.

You matter, too. You don’t have to be angry.

You should not have to suffer trauma.

You can decide to put oxygen on before you give it to someone else.

While there will be many things that happen in life and the world at large,

Why do you have to consistently be last in your eyes?

No blame here; I am stating what I see daily in the lives of the people I get

to assist.

Are you utilizing tools and techniques to make sure you are not last?

Are you getting enough sleep?

Are you eating nutritious meals?

Are you declining time with people to focus on your wellness?

Are you taking the time to reset yourself?

Are you self-sabotaging yourself for the sake of the dollar?

Do not read what I’m not writing; everyone has to make a living.

My question is: at what cost have you decided you will make a living, raise

children, and seek the next big win?

Listen, the carrot is always going to be moving.

Are you going to wait until you become older or ill to look in the mirror?

It is ok to tell yourself that I will take care of you.

Are you willing to give yourself the same grace you give to others?

Have that healthy conversation with yourself.

Put oxygen on you.

You can love others while loving yourself.

Remember, love is a verb; get oxygen, and you get your life.

This story was birthed out of a piece that was published here.

Thank you for reading.

Be Well!
