🛠️ Updated- commercial bank sub account

We have added the option to create sub accounts with new commercial bank partners.

Here’s how to add a sub account with new commercial bank partners.

1. Login to Prospa on iOS or Android
2. Tap the “create multi sub accounts” gradient bar
3. Select “commercial bank” as the option and name your sub account (This is only an internal name, customers will see your approved business name when paying)
4. Add an auto rule or skip this option
5. Your new commercial bank account number is generated

⚡Remove (Archive) sub-accounts

We’ve added the option to archive a sub account and remove it from your home page on mobile.

1. Login to Prospa on iOS or Android
2. Tap the sub account you want to remove
3. Tap on “options” in the top right on the account ledger page
4. Select “Archive account”
5. Click proceed on the confirmation pop up

Archiving a sub account will only remove it from your accounts homepage, but the account number will still be active along with any automation / auto splitting you have set up.

You can re-add an archived sub account by;

1. Tapping more
2. Security
3. Archive account
