We have added budget tracking to help entrepreneurs manage and track spending. You can set a budget for each category, set a time frame for your budget e.g. daily, weekly or monthly as well as limit your business spend once you have reached your budget.

Here’s how to set a budget and limit your spending;

1. Login to Prospa on iOS or Android
2. Tap “Budget Smarter” on the accounts page
3. Select “Set Your Budget”
4. Enter the amount & duration
5. Tap the plus icon next to the categories of your choice to set the budget (amount tap “0” to input the amount manually)
6. Tap “Submit” & “Done”

Limit Spending
Limit your spending once you’ve used up your budget

1. Tap “Budget Smarter”
2. Tap on the slider icon to limit your spending once you’ve gone over your budget.

Revenue Goal
Using the Revenue Goal tool, you can set a revenue goal for your business and track your performance.

Here’s how to set a Revenue Goal and track your performance;

1. Login to Prospa on iOS or Android
2. Tap “Revenue Goal” on the accounts page
3. Select “Set Your Revenue Goal”
4. Enter the amount & duration
5. Tap “Set Goal” & “Done”
6. Tap “Revenue goal” to track your performance
