We were made aware of some comments and stories about the work culture at Prospa. We deeply understand the importance of a positive and fulfilling work culture, as this is essential to having a high performing team and delivering value to our members.

Prospa is a member-centric company and we care deeply about all team members. Our growth over the past few months has seen our team expand from 12 to 60 within a relatively short period of time, this posed its own challenges which we have since identified, addressed, and continue to engage for continuous improvement.

We understand that feedback remains essential to establishing a positive work culture, which is why last year we implemented processes that encourage constructive engagement with a view to ensuring a good and harmonious work culture.

Our commitment to our mission is unwavering, and this is demonstrated by the actions we took last year to ensure Prospa is a great place to work. This includes, but are not limited to;

  • Reviewing internal and external policies and processes
  • Actively requesting anonymous feedback
  • Reviewing our talent sourcing network
  • Extending financial aid to team members in crisis
  • Hiring great managers to support team growth
  • Sponsored vacations, recognitions, and rewards for excellent teams and team members
  • Celebrating our team members who inspire us with their work
  • Removing bad cultural actors and enablers
