The Challenge: Help athletes improve their performance, analyze game strategy, and collect highlights for prospective colleges through the app, Hudl.
The Tools: An iPad or laptop and the Hudl app.
The Assignment: Collect video footage of a football game through the Hudl app. Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of individual players, the team’s performance as a whole, and opponent plays. Use the tapes to improve performance and to plan game strategy.
Immediately following a game, Coach Sebestyen shares video clips and slide presentations with his players.
The app also breaks down offensive plays and presents them in an easy-to-read format.
Practice scripts are organized and available to players.
Individual player highlights can be collected, studied, and sent to colleges.
The Result: Prospect linebacker, Brady Eckert shares what Hudl has done for him.
