Putting Your Subconscious Mind to Work
by Randy Gage
Last post I shared two simple steps to take every day to make sure your life is prosperous. Leo and Tom asked, “How does one ‘subconsciously’ send a note in the evening?”
That question doesn’t quite lead to where they want to go because of one critical distinction. You don’t want to, “subconsciously send a message,” but instead, “send a message to your subconscious mind.”
In my case, I like to focus on something a few hours before bed. It could be a concept for a new book, a business strategy, or a problem I need a solution for. I don’t do it right before I go to bed or I think about it consciously and don’t fall asleep easily. What I’m looking to do is to plant a seed in my mind that it can work on subconsciously while I sleep.
Of course when I wake up, I begin my day with a few positive affirmations. And often the thing I planted in my subconscious mind the night before bubbles to the conscious surface with an idea or solution that what I wanted to process.
Try it and let me know how it works for you.
