The IT Department provides the information technology required for the fulfilment of PCCL’S mission in an efficient and effective manner.
This includes data processing and storage, networking etc.
Almost all companies, large or small, have an Information Technology — or IT — department that handles all the technological issues that arise. Generally, they may be viewed as the guys and girls who reboot the system or come to your station to reinstall new software. Although they perform these tasks from time to time, they’re actually much more vital to the success of a business; they complete many more tasks behind the scenes than people are aware of.
In an overall sense, the IT Department is responsible for providing the infrastructure for automation. It implements the governance for the use of network and operating systems, and it assists the operational units by providing them the functionality they need.It’s important to note that although the IT department implements and facilitates the flow of information, it doesn’t create the policy that defines which information is correct or accessible to others.
The Prsoperous Capital and Credit Limited , also has those amazing and enthusiastic IT Professionals said in books and magazines , they have been contributing to the PCCL’s “Await The Big Change” Project in many ways.
So here we go , in , introucing the Information and Technology Department of PCCL.
Firstly ,the strong support of the team ,Director IT, “Mr.Kosala Fernando”,
“Hi, I’m Kosala Fernando. I function as Director Operations of PRO IT solutions. Two months ago PCCL started on a project which aims a big change that is going to take place soon .I have been involved in this project as our company is partnered with PCCL on this project. I consider this a great opportunity for me to improve myself through experience as I get an exposure to a revolutionary technology through this change. I fulfill IT requirements of this project from many aspects. From web site development to application developments that go along with the launch of the project has being the IT teams responsible which requires lot of dedication, hard work, team spirit, understanding of the project requirements etc .”
Then we have “Dimuthu Ekanayake”,
“My name is Dimuthu Chinthaka Ekanayaka and I work for the PRO IT Solutions Company as a senior software engineer. As a result of Pro IT Solutions partnering with PCCL for the project of “making a big change” our IT team got to fulfill all the IT requirements related to the project. We as the IT team have been developing web site and application that needs to be launched along with the big change that is going to be made in the near future. This has been a great experience for me since all the members are working so collectively towards achieving a common goal of making this big change.”
Last but not the least,another enthusiastic Software Engineer for the team is “Gihan Fernando”,
“My name is Gihan Fernando and I have been working as a software engineer for the PRO IT Solutions Company since January 2018. Our company partnered with the PCL team to handle the IT requirements in every aspect of the PCL project on the big change that is going to be made. I researched IT requirements of this campaign from the day one comparing the other sites in order to eliminate any mistakes in the project. My team and I are working day and night to make this big change a success. PCL team and the IT Team is working in harmony to provide a good experience to the community through this big change,Stay tuned for the change”
