Our strength lies within our staff
We have formulated our own social goals with the agreement of Board of Directors and staff and work towards the goals of achieving social impact, environmental sustainability and financial returns and fostering a family culture.
Our social impact begins with our staff by providing them with sound working conditions that include a five-day work week, free education opportunities, a life insurance scheme and other incentives.
To strengthen our commitment to our staff we strive to uphold universal values stipulated in Great Place to Work® and consequently PCCL has already been subjected to an independent audit to assess any shortcomings that may exist when meeting specific criteria.
Empowering our staff enable us to establishes a resourceful human capital. Our field staff members in particular are effectively mobilized with motor cycles, fuel, uniforms, mobile phone facilities and adequate training.
Training and education is a major endeavour that we undertake for our staff including the Board of Directors. Employee enhancements are made possible through following training programmes that we offer:
Micro Finance Certificate Course — training for each member of staff is provided by the company
Staff Capacity Building Training Programme
Quarterly Motivation Capacity Building Session (involving professional trainers)
HR Training
Overseas training and exposure visits
It is indeed a testimony to our commitment that a large investment is allocated for the training of our staff
