Reload Errors in Google Sheets

The following started happening to all my Google Sheets: some of which I was quite attached to.

The symptom is: one day your sheet fails to load in Chrome.

You are told to reload, only to be back where your started.

It works fine in Edge — see! it does have a purpose!

Fix: Disable Google Docs Offline
