Protocon made a great kickoff of August with being listed on the global exchange, BitMart. We have a lot of things to share including AMA and MOU, so let’s get started!
1. Participating Korea Blockchain Week 2022 (KBW 2022)
Protocon attended Korea Blockchain Week 2022, the 5th of this year. Through KBW 2022, we had a meaningful time to experience the rapidly changing trends in the blockchain industry and explore various business and collaboration opportunities. For the details, check here.
2. Protocon (PEN) listing on BitMart
Following Bibox in April and DigiFinex in May, Protocon (PEN) is listed on BitMart. Founded in 2018, BitMart is a professional digital asset exchange platform. As a Chinese exchange based in New York, founded by former Wall Street members, BitMart now provides services to more than 180 countries and regions, with more than 2 million users, globally ranked 26th (CoinMarketCap, Aug 9th). 3. Protocon Naming Contest: Say my name! (Done)
The Protocon NFT Naming Contest: Say my name! ended successfully.
It was full of witty and fun ideas. Among them, the name “POCO” was finally chosen.
We gave the first place winner a $100 PEN and the whitelist: the right to buy NFT at a lower price in the early stages, with given NFT minting rights. Also, among all the participants who came up with cool names but didn’t get chosen, 50 random participants were selected to be whitelisted and given with PEN. You can check the winners list here.
4. AMA August 2022 (By. Project Leader Jun)
Following the last AMA(Ask Me Anything), we hosted an AMA again on Telegram for the second half of 2022. In this AMA, leader Jun had an in-depth conversation with supporters on the mainnet development status & the background and reason of the postponement, the differentiation of Mitum technology, and node testing, etc.

5. Protocon — signed a strategic partnership with Certik
Protocon and Certik, a blockchain and smart contract verification platform, have signed a strategic partnership. We will cooperate to enhance accuracy, transparency and security of the Protocon ecosystem by collaborating in technology, marketing and R&D, which will eventually lead to not only strengthening Protocon protocol’s trustworthiness and efficiency but also benefiting the whole blockchain ecosystem. This partnership will contribute to enhancing trust and accuracy in blockchain-related technology and ecosystem. For the details, click here.
6. Protocon — signed a strategic partnership with BitKeep
Protocon signed a strategic partnership with BitKeep, one of the top DeFi multi-chain crypto wallets worldwide. We will work on exchanging various marketing and public relations collaborations, blockchain-related technology R&D cooperation, and mutual information and resources.
