We are pleased to inform you that the development of Protocon Wallet Web (Demo) is now complete!
The Protocon Wallet is the first gateway to the Protocon ecosystem. Protocon Wallet is Protocon’s cryptocurrency wallet that supports the storage of tokens, transfers, staking, and more.
What are the features of Protocon Wallet?
Protocon Wallet provides a user-centric, intuitive, and friendly interface. The convenient wallet allows tokens to be safely and easily stored and transferred on the Protocon network. Protocon wallet also guarantees high security and stability, which are the necessities and basics of a cryptocurrency wallet. As Protocon Wallet is non-custodial like MetaMask, no one else can access your personal data or assets.
Safer with Multi-Sig!
In addition to the basic functions and features, the biggest feature of Protocon Wallet is multi-sig!
- What is multi-sig? A multi-signature account allows you to manage your wallet with more than one key. Users can manage more than one key by dividing it among two or more users. If you wish to transfer tokens, all users who have the key must sign it for the transfer to complete. Simply put, you can think of it as a bank book managed by multiple people.
It is suitable for organizations and institutions as data is processed through a majority of signatures, ensuring the stability of the wallet. In addition, multi-sig has the advantage of preventing wrong deposits or accidents as multiple people manage the keys.
What’s the current development stage?
The version that has been developed and released as of this time is the Web (Demo) version. The iOS and Android App versions are currently under development. The implementation of all wallet-related functions is almost complete and will be officially released with the launch of the Protocon Mainnet.
What new features will be added?
You will be able to meet the FeeFi service on the mobile app in the future.
What is FeeFi? FeeFi uses the PEN token that is staked in FeeFi pools, and supports dApp users to pay fees and provides dApp tokens for the users.
Users can expect to feel as if they were staking through Protocon’s FeeFi. In addition, Protocon Wallet has the potential to develop additional functions depending on the technology, such as NFT or DID.
