What have we been managing in their infrastructure?
At Protofire, we believe in Infrastructure as Code, a powerful approach that enables us to deliver safe, scalable, and reliable solutions for our partners. We have embarked on several transformative projects with Fuse, each geared towards enhancing the platform’s capabilities and user experience.
1. Safe — Secure Multisig Accounts (https://safe.fuse.io)
Protofire took the lead in developing infrastructure code for the Gnosis Safe application, empowering Fuse users to create secure multisig accounts. Through our efforts, we strengthened the platform’s security and ensured the safety of users’ valuable assets.
2. BlockScout Explorer (https://explorer.fuse.io)
As part of our commitment to the seamless exploration of the blockchain, Protofire crafted personalized infrastructure code, facilitating the easy deployment of BlockScout in AWS. This enhancement enabled users to delve deeper into transactions and gain insights into the Fuse network efficiently.
3. Charge — Empowering Web3 Payments (https://chargeweb3.com)
Fuse’s Charge application component was boosted with our developed infrastructure code for AWS. This advancement has enabled seamless and reliable Web3 payments, making transactions a breeze for users on the Fuse network.
4. Strapi — Empowering Content Management (https://cms.voltage.finance)
With our infrastructure code, we deployed the Strapi application in AWS for Fuse. This implementation empowered content management on the platform, streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth user experience.
5. HAProxy Gateway for RPCs (https://node.api.rpc.fuse.io)
We developed a custom HAProxy instance and corresponding infrastructure code for Google Cloud deployment to provide enhanced performance, availability, and fault tolerance for business-critical applications. This optimised RPC gateway has ensured reliable access to vital data.
6. Community RPCs for Fuse & Spark
Protofire spearheaded the infrastructure code development for community RPCs on Google Cloud. This critical initiative has fostered a vibrant ecosystem, empowering developers and enabling them to build exciting applications on the Fuse and Spark networks.
7. Speeding Up TTM (Time-to-market) Processes
CI/CD pipelines are a practice focused on improving software delivery throughout the software development life cycle via automation. We speed up time-to-market processes with our CI/CD pipelines and in turn improve new features delivery time.
8. Risk Management
Protofire often performs security reviews and look for bugs and corrects codes whenever it is necessary. We also perform automated health checks and monitoring of Fuse’s infrastructure regularly in order to guarantee optimal security and performance.
9. Cost Reduction
We are determined to perform cost-saving strategies that reduce the monthly costs for Fuse infrastructure whenever possible. A few examples of cost reduction practices are savings plans, spot instances, and software running on different architectures.
