We are pleased to announce that we will soon open the Community-round TokenSale of Proxi DeFi’s utility token $CREDIT. This article explains the Tokenomics and guidelines on how to participate in the TokenSale.

2. Tokenomics of $CREDIT
Within the ecosystem of PROXI, CREDIT will be the utility token and PROXI will be the governance token. CREDIT will be issued soon via a series of Token Sale through multiple channels. CREDIT acts as the medium of payment and gas fees or commissions in the process of on-chain transaction, credit lending, asset issuance, trading, and other similar services. Fees will be partially burned, and partially extracted to the Collateral Pool as the Stabilization Fund to hedge the market risk.
CREDIT is the capped supply ERC-20 token widely used on the PROXI platform. CREDIT tokens are utility tokens designed to be the key indicators of users’ credit and to ensure the deposit and staking of digital assets being used as smart contract locked collateral for value transfers. Also, CREDIT will be the main collateral locked in a staking contract, enabling the issuance of synthetic assets on PROXI platform. Value for CREDIT token holders will increase as demand for multi-collateral would grow and transfer volumes increase with the massive adoption of PROXI originated synthetic assets. Fees for all sorts of operations on the platform are paid out in CREDIT through burning, thus increasing the scarcity of CREDIT for all token holders.

5. Guidelines for Community Round TokenSale
Allocation for Community-round TokenSale: 300,000 USDT in total.
Number of Whitelist Addresses: 100
The maximum purchase amount: 3000 USDT for each whitelisted address
Whitelisted users will secure a place in this round of TokenSale. When you get whitelisted, you will be able to participate in this round of TokenSale to claim $CREDIT tokens. Non-whitelisted users will have to go through the full KYC process (which can take up to 2 weeks).

- Click this link (https://discord.gg/N6PUXVh) to register a Discord account and join our official server #Proxi-DeFi.
- Send your personal ethereum address to discord channel #whitelisting-TokenSale within a given timeframe. Exact timeframe will be announced in our official channels（Twitter, Telegram, Discord）. Only the first 100 addresses sent in the given timeframe will be whitelisted for the community round TokenSale.
- In case of whitelisted users’ uncompleted purchases within predetermined timeframe, the uncompleted quotas will be allocated casually.
2. Claiming CREDIT Tokens
- The whitelisted addresses for the community TokenSale will be disclosed in PROXI’s official channels after the whitelisting.
- The official designated address and the deadline for fundraising will be disclosed in the discord channel #whitelisting-tokensale. Only the whitelisted addresses own the right to send 3000 USDT to the designated fundraising address to claim CREDIT tokens before the whitelist is expired.
- Claimed $CREDIT tokens will be released before IEO listing.
