Wait

Time…
ㅤ it can pass slowly.
When waiting…
ㅤ even more slowly.
We learn.
We learn to wait.
But only through waiting.

We want to move forward.
To do.
To accomplish.
Get it done and move on.
We don’t want to…

Wㅤaㅤiㅤt

Only after waiting,
ㅤ do we know how to wait.
Only after seeing what happened,
ㅤ what God did,
During the waiting…
Do we understand the wait.

Only the passage of time,
ㅤ teaches us to allow time to pass.

Lord, today I wait.
I wait for your call.
I wait for you to move.
I will speak to you…
I will listen for you…
But…I will wait.
Lord, today I wait for you.
