Creativity, frequently associated with spectacular artistic breakthroughs or groundbreaking scientific discoveries, actually manifests in the everyday decisions and adaptations that punctuate one’s routine, highlighting that imaginative thinking extends far beyond the domain of elite artists or renowned inventors (Runco & Jaeger, 2012). Indeed, a person drawing upon creativity when improvising a clever household hack, a unique approach to problem-solving at work, or a novel dinner recipe exemplifies the pervasive presence of creative cognition in ordinary life (Amabile, 1996). By recognizing that creativity entails not solely the production of grand masterworks but also micro-acts of insight and ingenuity, individuals can cultivate fresh perspectives, nurture emotional well-being, and sustain intellectual vitality (Csikszentmihalyi, 1996).
