The Publication Creators Hub, which we fondly call “PubHub,” accepts articles written by publication owners and editors and meant to be read by publication owners and editors.

What we publish

We publish articles about creating a publication, attracting writers, and engaging readers. If you join us, you might write about:

• Your own step-by-step approach to setting up a Medium publication
• How you resolved a problem you encountered during the publication setup
• Possibilities for extending Medium’s functionality with contests, questionnaires, surveys, quizzes, writing challenges…. (You may want to check out this article for a suggestion on how to manage these easily.)
• How you attract readers to your publication
• If you’ve found any way other than including excellent stories to engage your readers or what you’ve done to keep them engaged
• The ingredients that make a story popular or otherwise excellent
• Anything you do to make an excellent story more popular
• What you do to find new writers
• The criteria you use to accept new writers
